Sales & Operations Manager in Training

Our ideal candidate will share our penchant for creativity and uniqueness.  A natural planner and organizer. An eye for detail. A successful Manager in Training will be able to connect the dots between people, process and presentation.  Your job will be to create a store environment that surprises and excites our customers each time they walk through our door.

This is a mid-level, full time position at Poppy’s. You will learn the foundation of our business from the ground up. As a Sales & Operations Manager Trainee, you are empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as our bottom line.  During your first year, you will actively participate in everything from sales and marketing, customer service, floral design and employee development. You will receive comprehensive training to aid in your success. Your success will be measured by the completion of tests and evaluations.  These evaluations and tests will result in rewards, pay increases and the opportunity for continued promotions.


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or in the final stages of completing a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
  • Will consider leadership experience in organizations/clubs/sports, volunteer work/community service or military in lieu of the work experience.
    Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
